### "Super easy to use in Slack "

I like the tool, its very easy to use and invites to give feedback that you hadn't thought about, and its the kind of feedback that will improve the result as a whole, more than individually. I also enjoy receiving feedback, that I hadn't received because this would have probably would have been too awkward to have an in person conversation.

Pros

Writing straight forward feedback to my colleagues and also receiving it, its priceless. Questions asked make it very easy to think and give feedback on that specific area.

Cons

I still need more weeks to use it, but so far, i would only add a reminder notification, because it could go many days without me looking into it.

Pros

it's easy to fill out, short. So I am willing to fill out the survey

Cons

I received more than twice a day for review of one of my colleague, I think that's too frequent. I am also receiving review for a colleague who just joined couple weeks ago and it doesn't make sense to review someone in such a short period of time.

With regard to the review frequency - you should only every receive more than two review requests in a day when you first get started, after that, there is a cap of two per day. As for your newest team member, we'd suggest contacting your team admin to let them know that that specific relationship doesn't make sense at the moment and they can make an adjustment for you. Sometimes the questions were repetitive and very frequent but my place of work toned it down and now it is much more manageable.

We've recently implemented a new feature wherein if you respond with "I'm not sure" for reviews repeatedly for the same individual, your manager will be notified to remove those review relationships. In the meantime, though, if you contact your manager or admin, they can remove those relationships immediately so that you don't get extra review requests. ### "Convenient way for peer reviews "

It's been nice so far, pretty easy to review coworkers. Just a few bugs with getting some for coworkers who were on maternity leave.

Pros

The integration with slack is great, pretty seamless since we live on slack as a company.

Cons

The questions can be a little in depth at some times, and sometimes I get a week where I'm hit with a lot and other weeks I get none at all.

As for your concerns around the question depth and frequency - we'd suggest checking in with your team's administrator as they can help to adjust both of those aspects of the system for you. Similarly, if team members are OOO, your administrator can set them to be inactive so that you're not receiving extraneous reviews. If that happens though, please use the "I'm not sure" option to pass on the reviews and you should be good to go! Thanks again for the review and please let us know if you have any questions!

I don't like and wouldn't be using it if I didn't have to. I think feedback best comes from your direct managers/supervisors.

Pros

It's easy to use. It's easy to understand the questions.

Cons

People will graded you low just because they have an issue with you and not because of what the questions are asking. The submit button doesn't always work.
