I am able to effectively collaborate with both coworkers and consultants very efficiently. Pros You can essentially create 3D models and 2D drafting simultaneously. If you get good with creating templates, you can almost automate the drafting process while modelling the building. The interface is subdivided very well, which makes navigation very straightforward as well. Cons When it fatally crashes while working on a project. Any changes made to the mechanical systems (ie, location) will reflect also on the electrical and architectural plans. Cons I wish they would have more mechanical HVAC selections to choose from when doing a load calculation of the building. That way, we would not have to use another third party software to do load calculations and just do everything in Revit.
