If you get good with creating templates, you can almost automate the drafting process while modelling the building. Any changes made to the mechanical systems (ie, location) will reflect also on the electrical and architectural plans. Cons I wish they would have more mechanical HVAC selections to choose from when doing a load calculation of the building. That way, we would not have to use another third party software to do load calculations and just do everything in Revit. New powerful computers are a must along with competent staff.
