My overall experience with Sales Management was truly exceptional to where i had lots of my questions and concerns answered and resolved immediately. The lead management team was also superb with the information that they also had to offer and sending emails were super easy as well and I also loved how i received a prompt response pertaining to any email that I would send. It was also great doing business with the Nimble team. In closing, I think this is a great software for anyone to try.

Pros

I love how the Nimble Customer Relation management application has a very well-organized platform. This software demonstrates top-notch organized categories, for example: Tasks, Stage Funnels, my deals, Events, Email Tracking and many other categories as well. As this software also displays a very colorful approach when engaging with the software. I think Nimble definitely excels in social media integration, to the point where it imperatively makes it easier for any designer to collaborate directly with their clients. I also like the feature of the software to where you can add notes anytime you would need to and also update a deal status. As this software is very simple and easy to utilize regarding it's enhanced and exceptional integration. I also love how this software coordinates with Gmail, MS Viewpoint and other social systems.

Cons

I actually disliked the pricing of this software; the price was a little bit too high for me and there are actually cheaper options that you could choose from and some of them are absolutely free. I also didn't care for the overwhelming list of programs and recommendations that this software had to offer, as there were too many to choose from. As this exhaustive list makes the data monotonous. I also feel that if you're a beginner when using this software, this software can become very difficult to understand, and some may get lost in the software. A definite improvement should be made to this software because it will help a lot of first-time users using this software.

Pros

I appreciate the ability of CRM systems to centralize customer data in one place. This central repository allows businesses to have a holistic view of their customers, including their contact information, purchase history, interactions, preferences, and more. Having all customer data readily accessible and organized helps businesses personalize their interactions and provide better customer service.

Cons

I find CRM systems to be complex, especially when first getting started. Navigating through various features and understanding how to effectively utilize the system can require a learning curve. Training and support resources provided by the CRM vendor can help mitigate this challenge.
