Rezerv has really been a big help with running our club through booking and scheduling. They have good features and decent pricing. Customer Support has been good

Pros

Fitness focused SaaS. They understand the needs of sports facilities and clubs. Learning curve is pretty easy, can be done in 1hr or so of onboarding.

Cons

They dont have API support for customization. I feel like theres a lot more features that can be worked on in the pipeline.

Since our studio started using Rezerv (formerly Rezeve), we’ve known it’s the only platform we want to work with. The system is user-friendly not only for customers, but also on the backend. Their continuous efforts to improve and consistently upgrade the system make it truly worth every penny.

Pros

Good customer service and organized data. It's easy to manage our bookings on the system and easy to make changes if needed. User interface is straightforward too.

Cons

Some features are still in development, for example changing credits for membership plans still need customer service's assistance. The backend website is hard to navigate on my phone.

My experience has been average at best. The system can handle basic booking and management, but there are multiple areas that feel limiting and inconvenient in actual business use. It works for simple operations, but once you need more flexibility or smoother workflow, the gaps become more obvious. Overall, it is not a terrible platform, but there is nothing especially impressive about it, and there are enough pain points that I would not rate it highly.

Pros

The platform covers the basic needs for booking and class management. It is usable for day-to-day operations, and the interface is relatively straightforward for simple tasks.

Cons

There are too many limitations for a growing business. Some important features feel incomplete or not flexible enough, and certain issues take too long to be improved. We also faced frustrations with system restrictions, extra costs on some functions, and features that do not fully match operational needs.
