Excellent customer service. Very helpful and supportive staff. I enjoyed the ease of working with the team. Pros Choosing Reserve was the best decision I have made thus far. As a busy career mum, Holistic Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, I have no time for admin. All bookings and payments are now easier for me and my clients thanks to Rezerv. I will highly recommend their services to improve efficiency and achieve professionalism while saving time and money in your business. The app is intuitive, easy to navigate, and makes class bookings and membership management very seamless for both our team and our clients. We especially appreciate how streamlined the scheduling and booking process is — it saves us a lot of time on admin work. Our clients also find the app simple to use when booking and managing their classes, which has really helped improve the overall experience. Overall, Rezerv has been a reliable and efficient platform for running a studio, and we would definitely recommend it to other fitness and wellness businesses. Cons That said, there are a few areas where the platform could improve. Certain backend features could be a little more flexible, especially when it comes to customizing memberships or packages. It simplifies bookings, payments, and cancellation handling. The system is easy to learn, efficient to manage, and works well for both players and staff. Overall it has helped streamline our court booking operations. Pros The platform is very easy to use for both management and staff even without a technical background. The Xendit payment integration works smoothly and automates payments well. We also like the booking credit system since we operate outdoor courts and weather cancellations happen. Credits are returned to players easily and they can rebook without the hassle of manual refunds. Cons Some advanced customization features could still be expanded especially if I have programming background, but overall the system already covers the core needs for court booking and payment management. It's so easy to manage all my studio services, and it's also very user-friendly on the students/client's end. Cons Not much I can say about this to be honest! Though I am waiting for more possible features with the special services we have, but so far everything they've been releasing has been elevating our experience on Rezerv! Cons The was a fantastic feature on the Home page that showed this month's statistics vs last month's statistics. For example number of customers, revenue, bookings, etc. It was such a simple and visual indication of performance. So I appreciate that! Pros Full features, very pro. Good customer service. Reasonably priced. Has most of the features of what a pilates studio needs. Gives enough free trial time to transition from other apps, which is a great plus! Cons Cannot book private class through application. So we end up having to book the private classes manually for most private sessions.
