Our experience with Cience was a disaster. Despite a hefty investment, their promised revolutionary outbound marketing efforts turned out to be smoke and mirrors. They sold us on "proprietary software" and seasoned BDRs, but reality fell short. They shifted to a disastrous custom-built tool without warning or proper testing, leaving us scrambling. Their "secret sauce" of intelligent targeting with data was mere generic cold calling, resulting in zero ROI and putting us in jeopardy with our board. When confronted, Cience's response was inadequate—an extended contract offered instead of addressing core issues. Their use of ChatGPT for content generation, disguised as proprietary AI, added insult to injury. Hours spent creating playbooks were disregarded as Cience opted for AI-generated messages. A toxic work environment surfaced when our account executive broke down on the phone. In conclusion, Cience failed to deliver, wasting our time and resources. Avoid Cience at all costs.

Pros

There is nothing positive to say about this platform. To sum up half a year of wasted time and resources, the platform quite literally never functioned. To this day, we are unable to access the platform that was demoed during our sales calls.

Cons

The platform is not functional, and despite months of support tickets, no issues were resolved. The support team would respond to tickets but could never provide resolution.
