They were so quick to respond to any of my questions and had great resources to solve some of the issues I was having. Pros The platform is easy to use and we were able to build and see its capabilities for free. Attendees were able to use with no issues and their customer support team was super helpful leading up to our event. Cons Would love to see a MAX bid feature for our auction and the ability to allow guests to cover the fees, which I got an email after our event notifying me they just rolled this out. That will be great for next year's event. Switched from [Givebutter](https://www.capterra.com/p/172048/Givebutter/) Attendees did not like the app and it hindered engagement.
