Quick query resolutions, no AI issues and talking straight to humans is refreshing and awesome. Also, the event and fund management were really great! Pros The service. They created a special group for the event along with support team and founders. We had quick resolution for all queries and they supported us above and beyond what we expected. They were incredibly easy to use for our purpose so that's a thumbs up as well. Cons Maybe the fees for transactions and sometimes some cards failed to work, but that could be payment processor issues rather than konfHub itself.
