Die Übersichtlichkeit - ich habe alle relevanten Informationen auf einen Blick. Außerdem wurde ich super supportet!!!

Cons

Ich hätte gerne eine richtige Einführungsschulung in das Tool gehabt. Der tolle Support hat mir sehr geholfen, aber einen Termin, in dem ich systematisch an das Tool herangeführt werde, hätte mir den Einstieg erleichtert.

Pros

Teammeter ist hochflexibel in den Ansichten und Anforderungen. Es deckt nicht nur die Wünsche und Anforderungen der Personalabteilung ab, sondern bietet ebenso Möglichkeiten für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende. Durch verschiedene Aggregationsebene können Thementrends erfasst werden und für die Unternehmenssteuerung verarbeitet werden. Zudem ist das Tool hochgradig intuitiv, anpassbar und in den Arbeitsalltag integrierbar.

Cons

Nichts - tatsächlich kann ich das von Herzen sagen. Das Tool fügt sich so flexibel in den Arbeitsalltag und die Anforderungen unserer Organisation ein, wie kaum ein zweites.
