Terrible experience. I wish I would have never interacted with these fraudsters.

Pros

Nothing. I like that I was able to get away relatively unscathed. I feel bad for those who are using this scam of a company.

Cons

They scammed me and did not provide the service they promised. \[sensitive content hidden\] is a cheat, and so is \[sensitive content hidden\]. They are just trying to steal your information and money. Stay far away. Not a real company or product.

Love the product and the team. Team is always available to solve any issues we face. Best Product for managing product notifications.

Pros

We were facing issues tracking notifications with so many teams creating their own product notifications. With SuprSend, it's all in one central place. The ability to control and track templates, A/B test without code, and access analytics in one place is incredibly effective. Plus, with Bifrost, we can run campaigns directly on our database without any developer involvement.

Cons

Nothing major but we are not able to clone workflows between environments right now. We have informed the team and they have already picked it up.

Also, we updated our Bifrost engine, with which you can do more robust user segmentation with smaller queries, and run automated notification campaigns on top of your database. Pros

Less involvement of developersThe best thing is our team doesn't need to get involved too much in the notification system, which saves our time for other important tasks. Most of the work on SuprSend can be done by product managers itself so we don't need to get involved in it too much. That's a good thing as we can focus solely on the important use cases for us.

Cons

There isn't much that I dislike, as it has worked seamlessly for us so far.
