Pros Compiles all visitors together on one platform, contractors, collections etc. We have been able to tailor the information relevant to each area and the data we need to capture. Each aspect is specific to our organisation, such as permits required, unique induction videos and information provided by visitor. Customer support respond well to concerns or amendments needed. Front end users are given clear and concise information and guidance regarding what is required from them prior to their visit. Cons duplicates of organisations can be easily created, leading to multiple bookings of the same individuals being created which has led to confusion around whether visitors has uploaded photo/completed inductions. Cons The Verature system does sometimes update and an area may change it's appearance but we are not always notified of these upcoming changes.
