It has helped us reach prospective students, current students and graduated students quickly and easily. It stores the conversation history regardless of which user communicated with the individual. It offers many features: segments, scheduling messages, group messaging campaigns, tags and more! Pros The product was very easy to implement, learn and use. It offers numerous features that improve our efficiency (particularly, our ability to reach many prospects at one time). Cons A positive is the ability to create templates for messages that are used frequently. However, all templates are stored together. This makes it a bit cumbersome, especially when working remotely from a cell phone. We'd like to see templates unique to each system user.
