It offers numerous features that improve our efficiency (particularly, our ability to reach many prospects at one time). Cons A positive is the ability to create templates for messages that are used frequently. However, all templates are stored together. This makes it a bit cumbersome, especially when working remotely from a cell phone. We'd like to see templates unique to each system user.
