The benefit of Frog has been the support we receive and the speed in which Frog attend to our needs. Pros The software allows us to use internal expertise to build courses that meet the needs of our school and staff. The ability to build personalised, bespoke courses and share them with the right staff in the right roles has supported us to streamline some of our training offer. Cons Due to building such a bespoke system for our schools, sometimes we identify unforeseeable 'barriers' as to how we want the system to work however, whilst this may happen, Frog are always readily available to support us in overcoming each barrier and ensuring the system meets our needs. It's rare these days to find a piece of software that allows you to customise the look, feel and terminology. FrogLMS allows this. When new features are released, the support is excellent.General support it excellent - the team are very responsive and always listen to new ideas. You never feel 'out of the loop' unlike other companies we have worked with. Cons I think an update to the mobile apps would be good - but this doesn't alter the overall experience.
