Pros Mentessa is user-friendly platform that help us improve onboarding process by providing great online environment for mentoring. The first days at work are highly stressful for both new hires and managers, no matter the experience, position department and having tool that help us overcome those challenges and focus on productive side of onboaridng process. Cons Since Mentessa developed tailored-made solution for us, there are some things in regards to goal-setting and task delegation we would like to improve and these kind of improvements are work-in-progress. The willingness to help and the many offers from women (and men) to support and advise young women and female founders is enormous and Mentessa gives us the opportunity to make better use of this potential. Mentessa brings the people together in an easy way and the mentoring program is perfect. Cons Some technical bugs, but they were fixed fast and uncomplicated.
