I use the bulk SMS messaging. That has been an excellent experience overall. The support and the price are fantastic. They add new and helpful features regularly.

Pros

The support team is first rate. Very responsive and always helpful. The lower cost help us to meet our clients needs within their limited budgets.

Cons

Larger contact lists and SMS Campaigns (i.e. 10k records or more) take a while to upload and send but to be fair, the companies that do it faster cost two to three times more.

Overall experience has been satisfactory. The setup is easy and user friendly, which is a plus. However when it comes to whatsapp templating with images, it lacks behind. The current handling of images feels limited and could use significant improvement.

CRM Messaging is easy to integrate and the features of streamlining the messaging (text/whatsapp) with the lead is good. You can compose and send right from your CRM after integration

Cons

Creating whatsapp template needs to be worked on again.

My experience overall is pretty good with this software, the customer support is pretty good, the functions work correctly, it has been one of easiest software that I used until now, I can live with the missing information of the dashboard but something that needs to be solved on a short period is the site being slow most of the times.

Pros

What I liked the most is that the software is pretty easy to use, it has all the functions that any company needs to perform SMS campaigns, and the integrations with CRMs are also pretty easy to set, the user guides are clear to understand.

Cons

The dashboard. It has missing information on some sections, it can be improved a lot with time, it has some "display bugs" that can be fixed regarding the "schedule" section since the information before and after the SMS are sent looks very different and can be confusing. It's Slow, the platform can be very slow at some points and sometimes it can crash if the process you are doing at the moment is kind of "heavy"

It's taken less than a week to get this set up. Be aware that there are regulations that these companies have to follow, for example Canada requires proof of business registration, and without it the account cannot be set up. What's great with CRM Messaging is that the integrations with HubSpot is somewhat complex, and in some instances, you may need to use Zapier. But their support team are incredibly competent and know how to get everything working.

Pros

The support team is fantastic and the product works well to allow for call and sms to come through HubSpot.

Cons

It's minor but they were not able to provide Voice on a free trial. That's in part due to the way that they have to commit to the service being used. I did ask what would happen if I didn't like the service (eg, if the voice quality was poor), and they offered a straight refund. So, a very minor friction point.

Cons

I wish that our contacts and phone numbers were able to sync better. This may be an issue with our plan and having more contacts than we pay for with syncing, but I often have to rely on context clues or look up the phone number in my database if I am messaging a client from my phone.
