### "Powerful WhatsApp integration to GHL!"

This is the solution I think alot of businesses will need for connecting to GHL, and it is easy to setup. The automation in GHL can be fully integrated into CRM Messaging, making the whole automation functionality powerful and unique. Highly Recommended

The Whatsapp integration to GHL and SMS integration

Cons

There are no difficulty in using CRM Messaging. On-boarding is smooth and easily understandable.

### "Easy to Use and Perfect for SMEs"

Pros

I must say that the product was easy to use and it linked with our tools just like that. And the learning curve was almost zero.I am very happy I found the product and the support team is extremely supportive as well and solved bugs in a jiffy and also the deploy new and small features very quickly.

Cons

Sometimes we were facing integrations issues with the product but the team has solved them right away giving us the quickest solutions.

### "Great Whatsapp integration for Gohighlevel "

Pros

The Whatsapp integration woth Gohighlevel is seamless, and if there happens to be any errors in the process the support team is available 24/7 and ready to help.

Cons

I will say again that I am only using it to integrate whatsapp into Gohighlevel, and I don't have a single issue with that. I wouldn't know about the other features

Pros

Responsiveness from sales/tech team. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was very engaging and even did a zoom call on the weekend to help me solve my SMS problem

the template feature still needs more integration into the dashboard

The affordability and the ease of use. The process of implementation was quick and easy.

I wish they could integrate my phone number to the messaging so that the messages look like they come from my business humber and not a separate number.

### "Great SMS platform that's affordable and easy to use"

Pros

The software allows you to sign up for a plan with SMS messages included or you can do PAYG and connect your own Twilio account which is what I did. It integrates easily with HubSpot without any technical knowledge and does the job well.

Cons

The only very minor downside is that it would be great if I could see the SMS messages in the activity feed of HubSpot contacts. However, I have spoken to support about this and they said they can do it if I book a support session with them so that's a good thing.

Awesome, zoom calls onboarding really helps

Pros

Integration with GHL works well, now setup in the best way to send WhatsApp messages for clients marketing

Cons

Setup can take time, but support is there and fast, any questions big help. Just a slight learning curve same as when setting up anything new.
