Setting appts for shipments is easy for me to do on my own to help take the workload from our schedule team.

Pros

I like how detailed it is with regards to PO#'s and also asking for OUR company internal Load#. That would help out if we needed to research something.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. The other platforms that I've used aren't like this one.
