The guest request is delivered in timely manner. The overdue is controlled.We found it useful to review the logs once we received Guest complaints.

Pros

The features in day to day operations and very handy. The support team is very accommodating.

Cons

I think some features still on developing stage but I’m sure it will be resolve.

It’s quite helpful. It will be better if the requests and complaints are all input.

Pros

It eases the load of procedures we may have taken if the app is not used.

Cons

The check-in and check-out options. It is hard to check out guests. It will be easier if when we request a check out from the housekeeping, it will also be automatically checked out in the system so when we check in another guest, the guest will not see that the room is already occupied when it was not able to check out and we don’t have to look for the room number and check it out.
