Lemin hat mich besser gemacht :-) Alleine durch die Nudges konnte ich mich weiterentwickeln und selbst besser kennenlernen. Die Vorschläge und Tipps sind praxisnah und einfach sowie verständlich erklärt. Ich wüsste keine bessere Möglichkeit wie ich an dieses Wissen gekommen wäre ohne ewige Recherche - für die nie Zeit gewesen wäre.

Pros

Mir gefällt die einfache und moderne Benutzeroberfläche richtig gut. Damit arbeite ich gerne. Lemin zeigte mir nach und nach wo ich etwas finde, wie es funktioniert und half mir so Schritt für Schritt mich zurecht zu finden. Am Besten gefällt mir jedoch das personalisierte und automatisierte Coaching das auf meine Persönlichkeit eingeht.

Cons

Da gibt es nichts, was Lemin besser machen könnte.

Meine Teams und auch meine Beratungskunden lieben es. Die Insights sind Gold wert und wir haben noch nie so ein gutes Führungsverständnis erhalten.

Pros

Produkt ist personalisiert und zielgerichtet. Der Funktionsumfang ist auch sehr gut.

Cons

Eigentlich gefällt mir alles. Manche Funktionen habe ich erst auf den zweiten Blick gefunden, da hatten aber dann die Tutorials gut geholfen.

Lemin ist eine sehr gute Lösung, wenn es um die Entwicklung von Teams und deren Führungskräfte geht. Die Module (Umfragen, Performance Reviews, automatisiertes Coaching) sind state of the art und konkurrenzlos personalisiert.

Pros

Lemin bezieht die Persönlichkeit einzelner Nutzer mit ein und macht damit Abstraktes sehr greifbar für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter. Lemin ist auch sehr flexibel und extrem gut in den Alltag integrierbar. Der Support ist herausragend.

Cons

Ich würde mir wünschen, dass Lemin sein Angebot noch um persönliche Coachings erweitert.
