So, in general, great products come from a great Televend team. Pros Definitely telemetry system, you can in real-time see everything that is going on with a machine…that is something out, anything in general that has to be done with a machine, or if you want to update the machine, change the prices or place of the machine. Everything can be done thru Televend telemetry software. Cons That's just the time you need to spend to get better acquainted with the new solution - Televend has a very detailed platform for vending machines, but with Televend team for training, learning goes without a hitch. Televend allows us to achieve so much more than our old system. Pros The data analyses is very usefull. Besides this, the fact that Televend allows for prekitting, something that is very usefull for us. The fact that Televend allows us to change prices remotely helps us as well. Cons Sometimes the software is still a bit clunky. there aren't really many connections between the different webpages in the software. Besides, updates and improvements are delayed quite often, which is unfortunate, cause it makes it tough to make promises to my team Review Source William M.
