Kanban Board by VirtoSoftware displays SharePoint lists and document libraries as Kanban or Scrum boards. It runs as a Microsoft 365 add-in for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, and as a web part for SharePoint Server 2013, 2016, 2019, and Subscription Edition on-premises. Any SharePoint list becomes a board of cards in columns and horizontal swimlanes based on status, team, or priority. Tasks move by drag and drop, and the source list updates automatically. Cards carry subtasks, comments, attachments, images, and color-coded markers, with overdue and high-priority items flagged by default. Configuration covers work-in-progress limits per column, board templates, custom filters, task watchers, and notifications on field changes. Burndown, completion, lead time, and status charts support analysis. Multiple lists can combine into one board, with board-level permissions.
