En general su punto debil es el soporte, cuando la plataforma falla hay que esperar varios dias para una solución, ahora que cambiaron los planes aparte de malo se vuelve caro

Pros

Cumple con lo basico, unificar canales de conversacion, interfaz limpia y sencilla, los reportes son faciles de leer.

Cons

Ahora que actualizaron la plataforma despues de 5 años, resulta que los precios por mensaje que ofrecen basicamente son solo para Brasil, si eres de otro pais el costo es muy elevado, mas del 1000% comparado con otras plataformas, el soporte tecnico es demasiado lento y tiene que esperar uno lidiar primero con un bot para que asigne un ticket y de ahi esperar

Zenvia is a good option for those looking to chat with clients but not really getting too invested in data. If you are looking for software that delivers quality data on customer interactions look elsewhere. Customer service is also very bad.

Pros

The chatting feature is actually pretty good. The UI is intuitive and conversations are easy to manage. Creating new contacts or beginning conversations with new customers is critical to good service.

Cons

Aside from real time messaging, Zenvia lacks most other features that make CRM a good investment. It has little to no data on conversations, badges or labels are extremely hard to manage. Customer support is terrible and hard to get a hold of.

Recomendo muito pra qualquer empresa que quer melhorar a comunicação com os clientes. É top demais!

Pros

Enviar mensagens para meus clientes do jeito que eu quiser é moleza com o Zenvia Conversion. Além de ser super fácil de usar, a plataforma também tem várias opções de comunicação, tipo SMS, WhatsApp e e-mail, então dá pra alcançar meus clientes de tudo quanto é jeito. Mas não para por aí, a integração com os outros sistemas que eu já uso faz tudo ficar ainda mais rápido e automático.

Cons

A ferramenta tem me ajudado muito, apenas gostaria de ter um layout um pouco melhor, mas não é nada comparando com os benefícios que o programa me traz.

Que al agregar un cliente de forma Carga manual para saludarlo es necesario utilizar una plantilla, sería práctico si no se tiene un perfil administrador, el perfil de usuario se pueda clasificar la cantidad de mensajería que ingresa por mes

La Facilidad de que nos contacten los clientes que provienen de nuestras campañas en todas las redes sociales.

Cons

1\. Por la falta de contacto físico con los clientes, nos gusta ser muy amables y cordiales en el lenguaje escrito para ello hemos solicitado el poder usar "stikers" pero no dan respuesta!2. Son extremadamente demorados para la atención de soporte técnico. Ejemplo: solicité un ajuste desde el \[contenido sensible oculto\] y hoy \[contenido sensible oculto\], aún no me han respondido.

Me gusta mucho por que me facilita mis tareas diarias, es simple, sencillo y no tuve que batallar para aprender a usarlo, basto con solo 1 hora para poder entender como funcionaba y usarlo como todo un profecional

La facilidad que tiene para usarse, es una herramienta tan simple y sencilla, pero con unas herramientas tan poderosas, que te facilitan llevar la gestion del canal sin ninguna dificultad, todo es sumamente visual y todo se resuelve con unos clics.

Cons

En ocaciones no llegan algunas notificaciones de las conversaciones asignadas, pero sucede muy raramente.
