It made the season go super smooth. Pros I liked that residents created their own accounts and uploaded their own photos. It made it easy when all I needed to do was approved the account. Pros The Access Granted Systems application is a great addition to our team, and it allows us to provide a smooth pool pass process for our residents. Cons The mobile application did pose some difficulty for a few of our residents, but we were able to assist and get them through it. So exited to have found this company! The ease of using the software and being able to track the pool usage has been instrumental. Pros The simplicity of the software. Very easy to navigate. Customer Service is fantastic! We tested the software at one facility and like it so much that we rolled it out to three more facilities. Cons I wish it was easier to locate an application by name or be able to sort the email addresses in alphabetical order. The software is simple, the tutorials are useful to navigate the site. We recommend them and will continue to use them next year. Pros Access Granted Systems provided a website with client log in. The system is simple, easy to navigate, tutorials provided for every question, customer service for set up and questions along the way was superior. Cons Learning the various screens for getting to the information you need quickly was a process. My company would prefer monthly invoices be mailed/emailed for a written record, this system you are required to download from the site which was time consuming. Reason for choosing Access Granted Systems Simply, easy to use, direct mailing to residents to eliminate person to person contact, payments direct from residents for guest passes, we no longer had to do this in the office. He is quick to follow up and answer questions, has made the process easy, and provides plenty of resources. He has a solutions-based mindset and is always available to me. Pros This is the only pool pass software that I will use for my communities, it far outperforms its competitors. It's a reasonable price and makes my job as a community manager much easier. It has made pool season very easy. It's easier to track pool passes and if I have any questions, there are a ton of resources. Pros The system is very easy to use. Whenever I have an issue or a question, I get a prompt response. It's great! Cons There isn't really anything I dislike about Access Granted Systems. The system is very user friendly. Pros The customer service was fantastic. Anytime we had questions or issues, there was someone to quickly help to resolve. All systems were very user friendly. Using this system helped tremendously with non member access as well as missing guest fee revenue. Cons The only complaint I could have is that there is no way to integrate with the clubs management software ( Jonas). Every community pool situation is different and AG offers many options to work within each neighborhood's system. I would definitely recommend this system Pros \[sensitive content hidden\] always answers our questions quickly and completely. He seems to anticipate our issues before we know they could become issues. Issues being the fact that the system is relatively new to our association. Cons I can't come up with a 'dislike'. Our one issue is simply getting the lifeguards up to speed on the system but our office is not in charge of that, the pool company is. Pros Although there are a lot of intricacies in the online system, \[sensitive content hidden\] set up an incredibly helpful virtual review which made me feel like I truly had a comprehensive understanding of the system. Cons Presently there is no option to not mail out additional guest passes if a unit owner or resident adds another pool pass to their already processed application, but I believe \[sensitive content hidden\] is already working on a way to be able to toggle that already. It also helps to upgrade a member if they scan in enough times for a higher teired membership. My non-techy employees feel pretty confident using the system. Pros For the most part the system is terrific. I use my own keyfobs with the software. I love that the members face pops right up when they scan in - showing their name and member status. Cons I would like to limit check ins per day. I have 3 different memberships. Standard, Gold, and Platinum Gold are only allowed to log in once per day. Standard and Platinum can log in multible times per day. It does not integrate with Square software - which I would love, but isn't necessary. I have worked with other systems that take more time to process and trouble shoot. Cons Though I have received very few complaints about this, sometimes, the attachment that goes out to a patron's mobile device will need to be re-sent if it does not open, however, it is a quick fox. We will likely be continuing next year. Pros It's great that we are able to check our residents in, keep track of the daily attendance, and go back and export the data for our Bather Load tracking sheets. Cons The only issue we've had is with our wifi. We have been having lots of issues with our wifi, so sometimes it means that we cannot use AGS.
