Cons Templates fehlen aktuell (Anwendungsbeispiele und selbst zu erstellende), die Performance (wurde verbessert) Alternatives considered [MindManager](https://www.capterra.com/p/31776/MindManager/) Reasons for choosing Con Cubo ConCubo konnte mir genau die Antwort auf meine Problemstellung geben, die mir simplere Anwendungen wie MindMaps, Grafiken und Tabellen nicht interaktiv geben konnten: Wer arbeitet in unserer Organisation eigentlich wo (Projekt/Produkt) und in welcher Funktion/Rolle? Das klassische Organigramm zeigt derzeit keine Projekt/Produkt-Zugehörigkeit, dadurch konnte eine Überplanung und zugleich fehlende Funktionen-/Rollenbesetzung nicht schnell aufgezeigt werden. ConCubo macht genau das möglich und bietet dabei noch viele weitere Möglichkeiten, wie die Suche nach einer optimalen Rollenbesetzung inklusive Verfügbarkeit, dem On-Boarding oder diversen Statistiken.
