We have had a very positive experience overall with CORE ELMS and its team

Pros

I most like the ability to do so many different activities within the same product such as tracking hours, preceptor requests, evaluations, communication, etc.

Cons

We occasionally had to wait extended periods of time for alterations in the functionality to be made. These were customizations so I understand the delay to some degree.

We have had a great experience with CORE ELMS. They are a great company to work with as a vendor and they have been very responsive to our needs.

Pros

The software is intuitive, making it easy to use and easy to train others to use. The customer service team is responsive, taking user needs and wishes into consideration. They will work with you to customize the product to your needs.

Cons

Any features we would like to see are communicated with our customer service team and added to the development list.

It is a super tool for scheduling rotations and tracking all pertinent information required for graduation

Pros

Mostly, I like the relational database and how the levels seem to tie together easily

Cons

Still learning the program, but found a couple occasions where information could have been labeled better or placed in a better location

I really cannot complain with the program as it has the options that we need. However, with time I would like to learn more of what it can do.

Pros

This software is fairly easy to maneuver in . Great customer service and lots of avenues to learn about this software. I do enjoy setting up reports to capture exactly what you need in that report. Very versatile.

Cons

Note taking with dates and user name. Hand slotting needs more options

Pros

The ease to track student hours and issue out surveys.

Cons

That all the information and documentation is not viewable on the user/site screen.

This is an extremely user friendly system that gathers a ton of data in a manageable way.

Cons

There are so many features to learn. It makes using it a bit more time intensive. I am sure it will get better over time.
