It makes it a lot easier to keep track of AD inspection intervals. Pros I like the way the individual aircraft profiles are set up. It makes it easy to find the component a customer may be needing and related Airworthiness Directives for a specific component. I also like that there is a always someone available to fix a problem we may be having with our subscription. Cons I have noticed that some Service Instructions, Service Bulletins, and sometimes other referenced material in an Airworthiness Directive cannot be retrieved during the search in the AD. This has happened in mostly older AD's. I love the feature of having personal libraries, so that you don't always have to go through and find your specific aircraft. Once you have found the manual or your aircraft, being able to save it to a personal library makes what was easy even easier Pros I loved having access to all sorts of manuals for all sorts of different aircraft. I also appreciated them being well organized and not hard to find. And of course probably the most obvious one, having all the manuals online instead of in a library saved so much time and space in our shop. Absolutely worth the investment. I don't use it as my primary inspection tracking database, but I do use it for AD Reports. Its the standard in the rotor-wing industry, and I have no problems. Pros ADs are updated to the database quickly. The format and UI are both user friendly and well designed. Support is always top notch. Cons Navigation of the user profile is difficult. I would like to be able to attach my signature.
