Also, it's very easy to find the necessary information online or offline when it is needed, we forgot about paper manuals. Cons Nothing to complain about, works perfectly for us. I just hate typing in all the information for a new customer and having to bill them for all that time when the info is on your server somewhere. I talked with a rep about this and the guy only said that is not how it works. I told him I know, but I think it's how it should work. If the S/N could bring up prior information this would be the best AD resource ever. Pros I really like how clean it is. I have had no issues building profiles, adding to and taking away from them. Cons I would love to save my customers time and money by being able to put in the aircraft S/N and if it has been in this system before I could use information already installed by someone else or vice versa. It really makes sense. What if the ADLOG book would erase all of its information every time a new mechanic worked on the aircraft. Owner Aviation & Aerospace Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Money hungry " September 16, 2024 1.0 I had no experience this company is all about the money Pros This company is not professional I ask them to cancel my order at the same time I made it and they stated oh they could do that. Cons I had a medical emergency with my wife I’m a small maintenance business I did order the subscription but b4 I ever made a login I asked to cancel this subscription and that absolutely stated they could not do it because they had already made the sale and emailed me the link. This is not a professional company and as far as the price of the engine subscription P&W is a 3rd of the price . By time I get through with social media and this company it will coast them more than I payed. I’m just say they have absolutely no compassion for unexpected things that come up . The accounting portion of our experience is lacking. Pros Veryon has supports almost all of our fleet. Easy to navigate thru the manuals. Cons Veryon does not carry Sikorsky helicopter manuals. Also, you need a separate login when compared to Veryon Maintenance software (FlightDocs). Sales is slow to answer emails about subscriptions and changes. Have to normally ask twice for info. Alternatives considered [Clear Books](https://www.capterra.com/p/91374/Clear-Books/) Reason for choosing Veryon Publications Veryon provided the same King Air manuals that Textron did for lower costs. " November 18, 2024 5.0 Always good to have a reference when you need it! Pros It is modern, simple to understand, and THE BEST part is the Superior Customer Support provided. Cons Cost is relatively high, edging out the smaller operators and catering to the higher end operations. It makes it a lot easier to keep track of AD inspection intervals. Pros I like the way the individual aircraft profiles are set up. It makes it easy to find the component a customer may be needing and related Airworthiness Directives for a specific component. I also like that there is a always someone available to fix a problem we may be having with our subscription. Cons I have noticed that some Service Instructions, Service Bulletins, and sometimes other referenced material in an Airworthiness Directive cannot be retrieved during the search in the AD. I love the feature of having personal libraries, so that you don't always have to go through and find your specific aircraft. Once you have found the manual or your aircraft, being able to save it to a personal library makes what was easy even easier Pros I loved having access to all sorts of manuals for all sorts of different aircraft. I also appreciated them being well organized and not hard to find. And of course probably the most obvious one, having all the manuals online instead of in a library saved so much time and space in our shop. Absolutely worth the investment. I don't use it as my primary inspection tracking database, but I do use it for AD Reports. Its the standard in the rotor-wing industry, and I have no problems. Pros ADs are updated to the database quickly. The format and UI are both user friendly and well designed. Support is always top notch. Cons Navigation of the user profile is difficult.
