Reduced our paperwork, help automate many of our processes, offered on demand exams and system is well liked by the students.

Pros

A straightforward product that has been tailored to our needs and has proved reliable over a number of years with excellent back-up and support. Delivered exams all over the world with ease.

Pros

The product has enabled IWCF to replace our existing question bank database and increase reporting capabilities and security. The secure delivery via eNetSecure Kiosk mode is a benefit of using this product and sets us apart from other organisations delivering online assessments.

Cons

We could make improvements to the functionality to simplify tasks when setting up the system. Moving forward we will work with the eCom team to adapt certain features that are particular to the IWCF assessments.
