I’ve loved being able to create multiple projects to manage each individual deal, and then add specific colleagues to each deal. The user permissions are great, and on the whole, it’s worked really well for me and my team. While most project management tools have become clunky, complicated and just difficult to use — Tatem is clean, streamlined and doesn’t incorporate unnecessary niche features that clutter the screen. And from a design POV, it’s pretty — which is important for something you have to look at every day. Pros With Tatem, teams can manage all their tasks in the most efficient, intuitive way. You can access everything at once from a simple grid or list view, comment on tasks with collaborators, view real-time updates, categorize actions with custom tags, and more. Tatem also implements keyboard shortcuts for every interaction, which helps users to navigate as quickly as possible. The benefits exist on and off the platform — you are quick while moving inside the tool, so you can be more productive while working outside of it. Think the Superhuman of project management. Cons I appreciate the simplicity but think that the platform could benefit from additional integrations (e.g., pulling meetings from Outlook into a sidebar) -- just a personal preference. I also love the shortcuts and ease of tatem for my everyday planning. Cons I just wish I could do more with the free version of Tatem.
