"A full service product that requires a lot of management"

**Overall:** Overall it's a very good enterprise tool. But it needs a lot of management and specifically at least one person or a team to keep it running for the organisation. If a salesperson has to do all these tasks it takes away from their time actually selling.

**Pros:** It keeps us up to date with all open opps and keeps us on top of targets for the quarter. I can link to gmail and sync all my emails.

**Cons:** I find it not so user friendly to build reports or just manage it day to day and requires quite a lot of maintenance.
