Abysmal account service. DO NOT RECOMMEND on the basis of dealing with this company's inability to use common sense. **Pros:** Relatively flexible and easy to use after you learn the basics. The platform is relatively user friendly. **Cons:** Customer service is a nightmare dealing with account information! I continued to be billed on my personal credit card after I moved from the church where I had been. When I called to correct it, they did take my card off, but would not remove me from the account and put the new person responsible for it in my place because a pastor who had moved on years ago was still listed as administrator on the account. Were they afraid someone was going to hack the account to pay our bill???!!! No common sense prevailed in the call, which is clearly an overseas call center who must stick to script and not actually solve the issue. Eric W.
