Cons \- It would be great to be able to select certain items I want to recover (that alone is easy) of a certain object into an empty sandbox, and it then figures out all the related records that are needed. The customer servcie is also very helpful Pros value for money, ease with which to configure the backup. Automated & Simple Setup, I appreciate the "set and forget" nature of the automated daily backups, which can be activated with a few clicks, saving me significant time. Cons I found the user interface a bit clunky, requiring many clicks to navigate to and perform restore operations, navigating to find account settings, where backup data was being stored (eg data centre location). I had the backup set up in about 10 minutes. Cons I'm a little unclear as to how to test my backups. It only backs up once a day, so not sure how I would test a restoration. One of my clients has auditors that require that a backup is tested at least once a year, but I do not wish to restore my backup into a live production environment and potentially overwrite data. Pros It's very simple to set up and I like the pricing model. I have used this product for a number of my salesforce consulting clients. Cons I have never been able to do a full restore to a sandbox or other test environment - the only option is to full restore to production. I went back and forth with your support many many times and never got it to work without throwing a bunch of errors. Eventually I gave up.
