Na minha opinião a intuitividade do evolux e a interface limpa são o que mais chamam atenção no produto, além da qualidade entregue em todos os recursos.

Cons

A exibição do relatório de chamadas, de forma que fique mais fácil de ver o NPS das ligações e um sistema de NPS baseado em média ao invés de detratores - neutros e promotores

Neste tempo que uso o Evolux, minha percepção geral de uso sempre foi muito boa. Raros problemas de indisponibilidade, entrega um bom SLA e a melhor coisa é a intuitividade do sistema. A curva para um treinamento de uso é definitivamente curta, o que me deixa satisfeito com a ferramenta.

Pros

A aprendizagem, implementação e o uso propriamente dito do Evolux são imensamente intuitivos! O software é completo para gestão e acompanhamento de um call center, possibilitando entregarmos uma ótima experiência ao cliente, desde o primeiro atendimento na URA até o atendimento humano e a avaliação do cliente sobre o contato no final.Todo o sistema de gestão é o que mais gosto no Evolux, pois nos entrega realmente dados relevantes para fazermos uma análise individual de qualquer demanda. Os painéis em real-time nos ajudam no acompanhamento do setor, permitindo monitorarmos fila, atendimentos e pausas.Além da gestão, a integração com outros sistemas faz com que o atendimento, mesmo que eletrônico, possa ser efetivo e personalizado de acordo com a demanda do cliente, facilitando desta forma toda a cadeia de atendimento.

Cons

Deixo como sugestão um recurso que sinto falta: a possibilidade de envio de informações na transferência para outra fila, por exemplo, poder ser enviado para o atendente seguinte informação de uma demanda já identificada inicialmente, um nome da pessoa que mantém contato naquele momento e etc. Pode realmente ser um diferencial competitivo.

Em minha opinião o Evolux é uma ferramenta completa que com o passar do tempo e suas atualizações só tem a agregar, desde meu início no Grupo Conexão sempre tive o uso diário da plataforma, tanto para atendimento quanto para gestão de equipe e suas métricas. Atualmente como líder de atendimento de Help Desk em uma empresa do ramo de internet o Evolux só tem a ajudar em minhas monitorias de qualidade e performance da equipe, rastreio de potenciais problemas no monitoramento de fluxos em filas, podendo ter em mãos até mesmo a localidade de onde vem essas ligações/ clientes, ressalto também a facilidade no uso de gerenciamento de filas e a plataforma Studio.

Pros

Em meu uso, uma das funcionalidades mais completas seria o relatório de chamadas, onde consigo tirar a quantidade de ligações por operador, horários de pico e até mesmo a região que as ligações/ clientes estão entrando.

Cons

Em minha opinião, uma função que poderia ter uma melhoria, seria uma maneira mais prática de movimentação de operadores por lote/grupo, ao invés de realizar um a um de fila para fila.
