"They set the standard!!"
Overall: My business has begun running much more smoothly and efficiently, and it was so painless to set up. They even gave me tips on what i could be doing better.
Pros: From our initial setup call to helping me customize and learn the system, they have been so helpful! I not only got a 1 on 1 meeting, but many helpful videos to refer back to and 24/7 chat support. The product has automated so much of my business and helped me generate online business, so now I'm able to more efficiently run my cleaning company. I will never use anyone else, these guys set the standard!!
Cons: I would love an app, I think that would be nice, but when I asked about it, it turns out they are actually going to make one! YAY! At least they are completely mobile friendly, so I can use it on my phone anyways.

Overall: horrible
Pros: nothing. 40 characters... about how we emailed them and they didn't shut it off and when we requested help they sent links to how to set it up that they have already walked us though.
Cons: Ended up requesting a cancelation that they still haven't fulfilled and so I had to cancel my credit card just so stop the reoccurring payments.
