Clients/patient accounts were easily and automatically synced on the scheduling and communication sides of the software with our practice management software Impromed Infinity. The ability to send two-way texts as well as being able to send automated client reminders for due services was invaluable. Pros Rapport is able to integrate seamlessly with Impromed Infinity as they are both within the Covetrus family of software. This allows for two-way read and write capabilities with online scheduling and client/patient information syncing. Not many other 3rd party online scheduling and communication systems do two-way read and write. Two-way texting capabilities and the patient reminder notification system streamlined due date reminders saving our staff time. Cons The capabilities of Rapport were not at issue, rather the way in which our clientele realistically used the system was the main issue. Inappropriately scheduled appointments have to be hand screened by staff rather than a flagging system built into Rapport. At the time of use there was nothing built into the software that allowed newly made appointments to be flagged if the incorrect resource or appointment type was used. It helps us achieve client compliance and attendance since it reminds them of their pets' due dates as well as their upcoming appointments Pros It's a great tool for our clinic to communicate with our clients, send reminders of their appointments and due dates for vaccines, and also to keep their communications preferences updated Cons When we transitioned to our new software to manage our vet clinic, Pulse, we had to wait two weeks until the databases were moved from the temporary to the permanent server to have Rapport active. Pros What I most like about Rapport is the reports they do for past due reminders and their no response to reminders reports. This is a huge help in keeping the system cleared when people have moved and such. Cons I wish the text appointment reminders were immediate for our new clients, that's about all the negative I have found.
