### "Visibility of issues in the workplace is valuable"

Having all out cases in the one place and the ability for managers to make File Notes when they have informal discussions with their staff is a game changer.

Pros

The uptake from employees to raise issues that they weren't previously raising. this has given us insight into some areas where there are issues with the team's culture.

Cons

Sometimes the fact that a complainant can be anonymous becomes challenging as the complainant is expecting resolution of an issue without providing sufficient detail.

Thank you for your feedback. Anonymous reports can pose a challenge if insufficient information is submitted. Utilising Rely's secure notification question in combination with the message board can allow for on-going communication even if the report is anonymous. Pros

User friendly, a source of truth, able to hold and display an appropriate level of detail. It is also displayed to look aesthetically pleasing and is the nicest to view of the platforms I work with

Cons

Can be hard to navigate when new to the platform. Sometimes the options do not directly fit to what is required

Rely is exactly what it markets itself as, it's a user-friendly end to end case management platform that improves organisational transparency & performance. Would definitely recommend!

Pros

It's a very intuitive system, easy to use, the service is fantastic! The best aspect of Rely is the live chat function, you can ask a question and will receive a response in minutes.

Cons

The Rely Case Management System is the best I've ever used, I can honestly say that I have no comment to provide regarding what I like least.

Pros

Cons

Still early stage and therefore there were some features that are "not yet" available, but possible for future development!

Rely has been great with their training, super prompt & friendly with all enquiries & I would recommend the product to anyone in need of an anonymous reporting portal. We use it primarily as a Whistleblower platform now. We will transition our Workcover & internal investigations to Rely in the near future. The reporting, transparency and collaboration will be a game changer for the HR team!

Pros

True Anonymity, it is super secure & feels very safe for any issues. Gamechanger in terms of reporting & progress of cases. The visibility & status is so important. Plus the ease of use for both administrators and reporters alike.

Cons

I like everything to be honest, I haven't had any issues. I am keen to test the HR function that has recently been released.

The customer support team is always responsive and knowledgeable. Rely has become a valuable tool for our organisation, and I highly recommend it to any organisation looking to secure their case management and provide confidence to reporters that their information is being stored securely.

Pros

I've been using the Rely platform for a few months now and have been impressed with its features. The rely platform ensures confidential and sensitive information is reported securely. The team at Rely are friendly, professional and responsive and I have been impressed with the quality of customer service I've received. Particularly helpful is the live chat where you can receive answers promptly. I also appreciated how the team listened to my feedback on a feature and then made huge improvements to it, making it more efficient for me to work with external partners.

Cons

Not a con as I believe Rely is working on this already - I look forward to when Rely offers a feature to search for a person's name that may be involved in historical matters.

Rely have been great to work with from initial discovery phase through to business as usual

Pros

It is a great tool to manage cases reported by employees but also to use for HR Case Management. The ability for anonymous reports to receive notifications via encrypted contact details and to communicate with them via the message board is also a helpful function we did not find elsewhere. We were able to customise areas we needed to with ease.

Cons

The timeline function doesn't allow you to post free text updates to easily track the progress of the case.

Since transferring our whistleblower service over to Rely, I have been extremely happy with the service/product. The platform is user friendly, the Rely team are open to feedback & strive to improve their product, based off this feedback.

Pros

\- Ease of use- Support from the Rely team- Openness to feedback - Team are passionate about their product- Team are focused on continuous improvement/development of their product

Cons

\- Missing information when whistleblower complainants are taken via the phone line. The call centre operator not asking the anonymous caller to provide further detail/information regarding their complaint. E.g. Bullying concerns raised. Were there any witnesses present, if yes, what are their names? What was specifically said or done by the "bully"?? - I would like to add other than the above feedback, the call centre operators are great at capturing information regarding the nature of the complaint. It is purely just digging for more information, especially when the caller wishes to remain anonymous & does not wish to receive notifications.

Pros

System has been well created to keep in mind end to end case management usage. The system has been fleshed out to assist users in a way that is user-friendly and prompts next steps.

Inability currently to be able to download the issue summary as a PDF
