Cons We haven't had any issues to address. There was one hiccup with inventory management in onboarding that was addressed quickly and thoroughly by the Convivtional team. Pros Very easy to integrate and set up. Easy for vendors to get set up on this platform, and opens the door to many potential new vendors that we would not have access to before. Easy to add new products. Finding information on the platform is easy as well. Very responsive customer service team. Cons A few upgrades would go a long way: multi-warehouse solution, manual order acknowledgement instead of auto accept, filters sticking, notification of product updates. Review Source GG Gabby G. Frees up need for inventory and warehouses and provides a lot of opportunities that were not available in the past. Although there are some things lacking from the platform, the team is always working to add new features and fix what may not be working and I see improvement regularly. Pros great way to list products and have constant newness on sites. Working with the Convictional team is a positive experience as well because they really do want to make sure the platform is the best it can be and are very responsive to feedback Cons Not super intuitive, can be a bit tedious to update products or stay on top of changes after initial product sync (specifically images and prices), and lacking key features like importing and exporting or reporting Review Source PG Penny G. It's the best option in my opinion. Pros My favorite thing about Convictional is its ease and simplicity. It connects easily to our shopify store.Adding suppliers is simple and fast. Adding product is a breeze. Honestly, I don't know why other similar systems are so difficult to use. Convictional just makes sense, it's user friendly. Cons I would like to be able to update orders more easily when our supplier have something out of stock. But it's not terribly hard. In most cases we don't have inventory issues and it's simple to clear up if we do. Reason for choosing Carro Our supplier actually introduced us to Convictional. I've tried to get other suppliers to switch because it's just so much better. Pros Seamless integration with our Shopify store to sell on Indigo Marketplace. Everything is automated. Cons The reports and analytics are really bad, there are none. Cons The one issue we've had is that it didn't appear to collect shipping on behalf of the customer when someone placed an order. Pros Using convictional we were able to unlock new revenue stream by offering our products on multiple stores who can't buy our product on stock but they can dropship it.
