Lo recomiendo, trabajando con otros software y pms para otras actividades pero pxsol es superior para hoteleria.

me permite gestionar de manera agil mi alojamiento. Buen soporte al cliente. Facilidad para resolver inconvenientes.

no tener un 0800 las 24hs. El negocio es muy dinamico, y a veces lo requiere. El soporte via seguimiento es bueno pero demora.

Es un PMS muy completo y fácil de usar. Se encuentra en constante actualización e integra herramientas como CRM, página web y motor de reservas, lo que lo convierte en una solución bastante integral para la gestión hotelera.

Pros

La principal ventaja es que es auto gestionable. Permite configurar y realizar modificaciones de forma directa sin depender del soporte, lo cual lo hace muy práctico y ágil para el uso diario.

Cons

Con la implementacion de asistentes IA en todo, es difícil acceder a atención humana. La gestión por mail no resulta rápida ni práctica cuando hay urgencias, lo que puede generar demoras en la resolución de problemas.

Hace 2 años que ocupo Pxsol y ha sido muy bueno para ambos hoteles que tenemos, sin duda es un sistema muy completo.

Pros

Pxsol es un sistema muy completo, puede gestionar practicamente un 100% tu alojamiento. Lo que mas me gusta es el post venta, te responden muy rapido.

Cons

No le he encontrado ninguna falla hasta ahora. Como hotelero hemos ocupado varios Channel y CRM y siembre hubo fallas.

buena, me gustaria que optimizaran en el motor y el check IN algunas cosas. el check in se habialita solo 7 dias antes. seria muy util que la informacion de los huespedes la carguen al momento de hacer la reserva sea 10 dias o 50 dias antes. como un "MOTOR" Para resevras directas nosotros le mandamos el link de carga de reserva con unidad elegida y la tarifa cargada manualmente, y ellos completan todos los datos.

Pros

En general es muy funcional y facil de entender, aunque por ahi se centran las optimizaciones en grandes hoteles y el funcionamiento de las PYMES es muy diferente con personal menos capacitado donde preferimos otras funcionalidades

Cons

unificar informes para poder mezclar bancos/pagos con reservas. poder marcar en el plano los feriados con otro color.

La experiencia en general es muy buena, y es un sistema que recomendaria a otra persona para su implementación. En mi caso particular me toco pasar de una gestión manual en excel, con las incosistencias que eso genera en la calidad de la información, a gestionar el hotel de manera profesional con reportes e indicadores, en menos de 6 meses de implementación.

Pros

Lo que mas me gusta del sistema es su facilidad de implementación y uso. Permite editar y realizar configuraciones de manera intuitiva, facil y autogestionable. De todas formas, en los casos que no pude resolverlo por mi cuenta el soporte técnico es agil, contestar rapido y de forma personalizada. Otra cosa positiva es que si el sistema no contempla alguna situacion, estan en la busqueda constante de desarrollar nuevas soluciones y mas aggiornadas. Todo el modulo de reservas en general es muy bueno ya que de un vistazo rapido uno entiende la sitación de cada una, es decir la trazabilidad completa de consumos, pagos y comprobantes asociados. La pagina web tiene unas plantillas fantasticas, con buenos diseños y la funcionalidad del motor de reservas es muy bueno. Puedo configurar, poner y sacar a gusto promociones, vouchers, etc. que en un mercado tan dinamico como el argentino esta bueno tener esa versatilidad.

Cons

No se si describirlo como desventajas, sino como oportunidades de mejora que por ejemplo la aplicacion del restaurante no tiene la profundidad de detalle que si tienen las reservas de hospedaje. La trazabilidad de tener claro si la comanda esta pagada, facturada, o se adeuda algo no es tan completo. En cuanto a la gestión de eventos creo q no hay un desarrollo puntual para esos casos, aunque de todas formas con las funcionalidades que actualmente tiene el sistema uno se da maña y lo puede gestionar, como por ej con "habitaciones ficticias", etc

La experiencia con el Sistema de gestión y el personal que trabaja es muy buena., realmente los siento como parte de mi Equipo de trabajo. Obviamente que hay situaciones criticas que uno necesita de forma inmediata la respuesta o ayuda o si bien en rápido, a veces no lo suficiente, pero en general MUY BUENA.

Pros

Me gusta porque abarca todas las aéreas que necesitamos gestionar en el Apart. Son un grupo de personas que saben de Hotelería y eso es un plus sin duda.

Cons

No me resulta fácil el manejo de Tarifa y Disponibilidad, debería ser más intuitivo, porque los que no tenemos un manejo diario de eso, resulta difícil.

Nuestro Hotel utiliza Channel Manager y Motor de Reservas desde hace más de 10 años. Hace unos meses, en 2025, nuestro proveedor (CM Reservas) se vinculó a PXSOL mediante una alianza y desde ese momento somos atendidos por Uds. En este breve lapso la atención recibida ha sido correcta y eficiente.

Pros

Ofrecen una amplia gama de productos y servicios para la Hotelería. En la actualidad utilizamos Channel Manager / Motor de Reservas, y la atención recibida está dentro de nuestras expectativas.

Cons

Que el servicio de "Soporte" no se ofrece en régimen de 24/7. Entendemos que en una actividad que presta servicios las 24 horas del día, la atención personalizada debería cumplirse de la misma forma.

Me siento complacido de haber optado por trabajar le gestíon comercial de mi hotel con esta herramienta.

Pros

Pxsol es una herramienta dinámica y eficiente adapatada a estos tiempos, donde la inmediatez y los resultados van de la mano.

Cons

No le pude encontrar desventajas aún. Pude aplicar en Pxsol todas las variables que implica la gestíon de mi hotel y los resultados son muy alentadores.

Cambio la manera de llevar un hotel adelante. Se puede pensar de manera integrada. Permite estar al tanto de lo que sucede sin estar físicamente en el hotel

Pros

Tener todos los items en una sola plataforma, e ir mejorando dia a dia en la optimización. También interactuar entre los miembros del equipo

Cons

aprender a usarlo no es tan facil. A veces se vuelve un laberinto, y lleva mucho tiempo lograr lo que se está necesitando.

Estamos dando los primeros pasos, y la experiencia viene siendo muy positiva. Desde que comenzamos a usarlo notamos una mejora en la organización, principalmente con la automatización de muchas de las tareas . El sistema es claro, responde bien y el soporte acompaña en todo momento.

Pros

La facilidad de uso, lo moderno del sistema y lo bien integrados que están los distintos sectores. Además, el acompañamiento del equipo durante la puesta en marcha fue clave y se nota mucho.

Cons

Por ahora nada relevante. Como todo sistema nuevo, lleva un pequeño período de adaptación, pero es parte normal del proceso.

Muy buena experiencia trabajando con Pxsol. Siempre atentos, con respuestas rápidas y un soporte que realmente acompaña el día a día del hotel. Se nota que entienden la operación y eso hace todo mucho más simple. Un gran aliado.

Pros

La rapidez en resolución de problemas y las constantes propuestas de servicios de valor para nuestra empresa.

Cons

Hay algunas oportunidades de mejora en la comunicación de actualizaciones del servicio. Estaría bueno tener un portal con videos paso a paso sobre las diferentes herramientas para no olvidar todo lo que ofrece la plataforma.

Nuestra experiencia es buena y los seguimos eligiendo, nos gustaria que nos podamos contactar con una persona cuando tenemos una duda y no con la IA, a veces soluciona pero muchas veces no.

Pros

Facilidad de uso, practico, información integral, buenos informes, rapidez en los sistemas, automatización

Cons

Últimamente me están cobrando mal las facturas y ponen importes muchos mas altos, si no me doy cuenta y si no me pongo a calcular uno por uno se pasa y abono el doble

La verdad es que me gusta mucho. Lo uso hace muchos años, y en todo el tiempo que lo he usado, siempre ha ido mejorando. Obviamente, ha tenido problemas, pero siempre han salido con una mejor solución.

Pros

Es muy fácil de usar. El motor de reservas tiene muy buena conversión y siempre están innovando y lanzando nuevas soluciones.

Cons

Al haber tantas nuevas aplicaciones y soluciones, requiere cierto trabajo estar al día sobre su uso. Pero es bastante sencillo de usar.

Utilice muchas plataformas pero ninguna tan completa y accesible. En mi caso ya tengo 2 alojamientos que gestiono con PXSOL. Ambos alojamientos con sus particularidades, pero el sistema es muy versatil.

Pros

Atención rapida, eficaz, personalizada. Sistema facil de usar y muy completo. Se adapta a mis necesidades

Cons

Siempre hay oportunidades de mejora operativas del sistema Estaría bueno que nos consulten por ese Feedback

mi experiencia es buena, en cuanto al uso de la pagina, lo recomiendo para complejos que trabajen con particulares y tengan mas de 15 unidades

Pros

mantener todos los canales de ventas en un solo lugar carga de tarifas y disponibilidad, poder gestionar todas las reservas juntas

Cons

en cuanto la precio, poder gestionar una tarifa diferente dependiendo de la categoría de cliente. estoy convencido que es diferencia dispararía la cantidad de complejos que utilizarían pxsol. quizás vería la opción de utilizar una app... ya que desde el teléfono es muy difícil moverse, y para nuestro caso, que gestiono muchas cosas desde la calle, se me dificulta.

El trato humano es impecable, siempre responden y atienden problemas y consultas con una profesionalidad y una calidez admirable. Por otro lado, como administrador del hotel, este sistema integral de pms + channel manager fue como pasar de una patineta a un fórmula 1 respecto a mi soft anterior: Respuestas inteligentes por whatsapp, autogestión del sitio web, acuerdos comerciales, facilidad para cargar tarifas y dispo, etc. etc. Es una herramienta completa y poderosa

Pros

La comodidad del pms y su vinculación a las OTA's, la rapidez de respuesta, la facilidad en las cobranzas y la facturación; el alcance que nos permite obtener el channel

Cons

El módulo de correos. Algo tan simple lo hicieron muy complicado y poco práctico. Otro punto es que, como pequeño hotel de seis unidades que somos, esto un lujo que a veces se nos hace caro

Service, attention, allways available, quick answers, full compromise. I inclusive had the plesure and luckiness to meet \[sensitive content hidden\] in person here in Mendoza and he was the greit key to our restructuration. Thak you \[sensitive content hidden\] for all you did for us!!!

Cons

Nothing. I have never had a bad experience, a missunderstanding or a bad manner. Every mail I send for questions are inmediatly answered, same with whatsapp messajes.

Realmente no hay algo que no nos guste. Cada cosa que vemos que se puedo mejorar lo toman muy bien y hacen las modificaciones necesarias.

Easy to contact the Support team. Quick response, good follow up. Good knowledge of the problem to be solved.

Maybe the details of the technical problem could be included, so that the Hotel can also contact the client (a travel agency in this case) and provide more information.
