Pros I really like the ability to easily create reports and add information that can then be easily exported. Cons When our company first started using Lucernex, it took some time to learn the system. I felt that it could have been a bit more user friendly. Review Source LC LaKisha C. It is very easy to use, generates multiple types of reports and works well for the Tenant side of things. It helps to keep track of charges, increases, covenants/clauses, etc and is completely buildable for whatever you need it to do. Cons There are frequent times where it becomes slow and unresponsive. The system supports both US GAAP and IFRS calculations and allows us to set up separate profiles with a clear audit log showing who performed each action. This significantly enhances the efficiency of our control review process. In addition, the system retains inactive profiles, enabling us to trace historical changes and updates when needed. Cons For quarterly lease reconciliation, when we export the report, we notice the the certain profiles are incorrectly classified. For example: a profile such as ABC may be mapped to XYZ. May 8, 2025 5.0 Lucernex is easy to use and easy to learn. The support offered by the Accruent teams and the Lucernex user community allows for constant improvement to how we use the system. Pros I love that Lucernex is configurable at the customer level. This allows us to customize the application to meet specific use cases that are unique to our business. September 23, 2024 4.0 Working with lucernex is very intuitive once you figure it out. Until then though it is most reccomended to have someone on their support or staff work with you on items. Pros The user friendly finding of needed information. September 24, 2024 5.0 This is a great product staffed by great and knowledgeable representatives. We're happy customers! Pros Out of the box, it works as advertised with yes initial set up required, but intuitive workflows and processes. Add to that best in class customization and you have both initial and advanced solutions available. Cons Support ticket turnaround times are improving, but have historically been slow. When they are fulfilled, it's usually successfully team as the knowledge level on the support team is great. Manager of Property Management Retail Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Lucernex Software is AWESOME" September 24, 2024 5.0 Implementation (through covid) was a bit of a challenge, along with splitting the portfolios for the go live schedule, but was still successful. Post Go-Live, the Managed services and support teams have been wonderful. Highly recommend the Managed Services to any one that asks (and those that don't)! Pros I love the customizability and the ease of user interface. The help section is great along with the Dashboard options. Cons Security user setup is difficult and needs to be more Admin friendly. Also need to Drag and Drop feature for documents! However, I've been using it for 5 years now and it's capabilities still surprise me. Pros It's customizability, flexibility and reporting. Cons Some inconsistent features and support frustrations. Pros I like the functionality of the ASC 842 schedules and ability to customize the payment options Cons I think the reports could be more streamlined. I find myself needing to run multiple reports to get the information I need. The software is so easy to use and you can easily have all the major data you need on a lease available on the Summary Page. Pros Very user friendly, reports are easy to run and change based on data needs. Cons When it times out due to not being used after 15 min or so.
