SGMAN, é um sistema muito bom para gerenciamento, eu sempre tive e tenho boas experiencia tanto com o sistema quanto com o atendimento. Gosto muito do sistema e ele evoluiu a capacidade de confiabilidade e transparencia da empresa Marchetti do setor de manutenção.

Pros

Eu gosto muito da forma de gerenciamento de indicadores e a "infinita" possíbilidade de costumização de indicadores e busca de dados.

Cons

Ele é bem limitado e exclusivo, ao mesmo tempo que ele é criativo e dinamico, é restritito e se torna um pouco complexo de de entender o processo de funcionamento 100%.

Sistema fluido e dinâmico sem dificuldade para o uso do mesmo, as aberturas das OS, são fáceis e os campos bem tranquilo para preenchimento.
