That worked very well and it helped to keep track of people and facilitated a simple CRM process. Pros The way it helps to track different elements like webpages that are not hosted within Microsoft to connect to Microsoft applications like Teams is pretty good. Cons Troubleshooting is a bit hard. If a flow does not work, it is hard to understand what went wrong if you are not from an IT background, making it harder to implement certain flows.
