\[sensitive content hidden\] was very helpful, patient and supported through the sampling of the Qucate testing product.I will definitely pick up with \[sensitive content hidden\] again in a few months time once the business is ready to move forward with improving the testing process.

Pros

We liked being able to easily create template scripts, which we can use across similar projects.Easy interfaceGreat reporting function and PDF report.

Cons

Unable to have external users.Geared around software testing/regression, but not really causing an issue as we can work around this for our own testing types.Be good to have a sign-off for external user - even on PDF report - having the ability to add a sign-off box.
