Gozen Forms is easy to use, even for beginners. With the surveys and quizzes that I created, I can use them to collect feedback. And it doesn't cost me much. Pros Gozen Forms' simple point-and-click feature makes form creation a breeze. I can use Gozen Forms to create surveys, questionnaires, polls, and quizzes quickly to collect feedback and engage my target audience. This feature alone saves me time and money (I don't have to hire a coder). Cons It would be great if Gozen Forms could embed videos. A lot of times, people don't complete the forms. Videos can help increase the completion rate of the form when we explain to the users the values and the purposes of the forms. Review Source JS Julien S. Business Consultant Management Consulting Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Lifetime account blocked, no support, trust broken" April 11, 2025 1.0 I trusted GoZen and AppSumo when I bought a Lifetime plan. Over a year later, I discovery enter on the platform, a 24-hour warning that my account would be deleted due to their internal payment disputes. I contacted GoZen support multiple times — no reply. AppSumo didn’t help either. I'm left in the middle, with a blocked account and critical work lost. This is not just about technical issues. It’s about accountability and how companies treat their customers. If GoZen treats paying users like this, how can anyone trust them with real business data? Pros The visual builder was user-friendly and the conditional logic worked well. At first, it looked promising. Cons After purchasing a Lifetime Deal via AppSumo in December 2022, in april 2025 my account was blocked with no warning. Support ignored my messages, and the platform is now threatening to delete accounts over a conflict with AppSumo. Unacceptable behavior. February 3, 2026 1.0 As many others, I'm one of the people who purchased a lifetime deal on the AppSumo platform. GoZen ended up in a dispute with AppSumo (apparently they violated the terms of AppSumo) and their funds were frozen. Instead of working towards a solution, they decided to block all the accounts of the people that purchased through AppSumo (although only the most recent payments were paused, so they did receive a lot of money for purchased licenses already) and force us to upgrade to a monthly or yearly subscription. Pros Easy to use, fast support, great ecosystem that was built by GoZen. It looked very promising for the first few weeks :) Cons I did not like the fact they blocked access to my account by adding a paywall and asking me to upgrade to a monthly or yearly plan although I had already bought a lifetime subscription... Pros I'm impressed with the design of the product and how simple it is to use. We also use its integration with Klaviyo, and the form helps us to segment our users and customize our messages. It's still not as refined as Typeform, but it's also nowhere near the same price, and and it is definitely heading in the right direction, so it's a great buy. Pros Very stylish and easy-to-use formbuilder, which clearly aspires to follow the best practices set by the big form builders such as Typeform. Dozens of functionalities, which not only make it stand out, but also collect better data. The team behind it constantly develops the product, which makes it a great buy. Cons There are some hard-coded elements where you can't really translate them, which is a problem for some non-english speaking users. Doesn’t require top-tier skills to set this up, as the UI is very user-friendly. Pros I like the UI very much. A lot of themes and templates to select from if you don’t know where to start. Easy to set up.There is an option to add videos to forms. However, I haven’t tried it out. Cons Setting up the logic for the form is a bit different than the other tools I used.
