The system is invaluable to a business like ours. It helps us to track the customer journey, all the way from the first click. The reporting suite and seamless payment integration keeps everything we need at Board Level in one place.

Pros

The support is by far the best thing about this solution. Nothing is too much trouble and they help within minutes of any issue. A large business like ours cannot afford any downtime and the reaction speed of the support team is superb.

Cons

It takes planning at the start. The more information you can give them at the start of the installation will pay dividends once the system is live. It takes some time to get the system and reports tweaked to suit your business but once set up, it performs flawlessly every day.

Our overall experience has been very good and positive. The team behind Tixera is always available to do their best.

Pros

The system is reliable, fast and provides for easy digital access for our amusement park. The integration between the QR readers and the software makes the entire process effecient and drastically cuts down long ques at the entry gate.

Cons

Support teams are sometimes unaware of client specific customizations which at times causes confusion during the support process.

It’s been a very smooth transparent and simple operation to run where it just runs without hassle and on days when there are hassles the teams are extremely supportive hence it’s been a great experience.

Pros

Customer support, ease of use, value for money and security of data and revenue. We and our customers are confident about depositing additional amount due to the transparency and traceability and we are confident to hold it for them with absolute clarity.

Cons

The data related to credit and bonus count and that the POS sold items is not understood by the reader for discounted item sales.

To be honest I recommended Tixera to my current employer as I worked with this system in my previous attraction. The system is very detailed which is very rare to find in the market.

Pros

The system is user friendly, The Support team is quick to response and very helpful, reports are customized to our business and makes so much easier for reporting.

Cons

Well as an ice rink we want to add our coaching slots on our website so our guest can book lessons, which Tixera Solutions doesn't have that feature however, they're working on it.
