We have had to deal with this issue, but it has made our operations easier. Pros The efficient progress of work steps in production has been automated. It has saved one employee for other tasks Cons The application depends a lot on user reporting. Incorrect reporting often causes problems. We couldn't tailor our previous and partly better operating methods to the application, but by changing our usage we have managed. Our on-time deliveries have improved by over 20%, and we can promise delivery dates with much more confidence. The setting time matrix in particular has made product changeovers easier and more efficient. Easy to use day to day, with the Gantt timeline and matrices doing a lot of the heavy lifting. Pros Easy to use, and the Gantt chart gives a clear, informative view of the whole plan. The properties and setting time matrices are especially valuable. They minimize setup times and changeovers, which makes switching between products much smoother. Cons Uploading property matrix setting times via API would be a helpful addition. With a lot of different properties, that would save time in many cases. Switched from [Microsoft Excel](https://www.capterra.com/p/176574/Excel/) Excel just wouldn't scale with us. Every change meant hours of rework, and one delay could derail the whole plan.
