They are quick to reply with full answers, and they are very responsive to suggestions and ideas. Pros Site and product configuration is very simple and easy to do. It's not complicated and you don't need to know code to add products or change information on the site. Cons Although you can easily edit the site, it lacks the ability to customize all areas of the front-end site. I'd prefer more store theme options with the ability to customize them more.
