It allow us to cut customer support expenses, it is easy to use and navigate and it much faster.

Pros

Hoory allows us to cut 37% of customer support expenses. Easy to navigate, user friendly.

Cons

As I was using another such apps in the time of covid, I would say that Hoory is less expensive product and does not have any bugs yet.

Hoory helped to ease the workload of around 15 team members of the CS Department. We switch to a live chat only in case of super complicated issues.

Pros

It workd instead of the whole support team.

Cons

Training process requires an extencive work, however I am sure it will get better in line with AI tech. developement.
