Het is in eerste instantie makkelijk om te leren hoe je vragenlijsten maakt en als je uitgebreide opties wil, dan zijn die mogelijkheden er. We zijn blij om partner te zijn. Pros Ik werk al 10 jaar met Survalyzer en daarin is het een flexibel systeem gebleken met een gemotiveerde Nederlandse helpdesk die me altijd helpen als er extra aandacht nodig is. Cons Survalyzer heeft in het verleden een uitdaging gehad om de interne organisatie van de helpdesk op orde te krijgen (groei stuipen). Verder denk ik dat het een uitdaging blijft om goed binnen te komen en beschikbaar te blijven op bedrijfsnetwerken (vanwege strenger wordende policies). Als je eenmaal weet waar de zaken staan die je kunt aanpassen, werkt het vlot is het logisch en ben je snel op weg. Cons De rapportage-mogelijkheden in verschillende formaten als Excel, Word, PDF is absoluut een pre, al vind ik de lay-out niet altijd goed genoeg.
