Für uns ist auch von Vorteil, dass automatisch QR-Codes zu jeder Umfrage generiert werden. Cons Wir haben in den vergangenen Jahren öfter die Erfahrung gemacht, dass der Zugang zur Webseite nicht immer gegeben ist. Es gibt öfter Störungen, die Einfluss haben auf die Arbeitsprozesse beim Erstellen der Umfragen sowie in der Umfragesituation mit unseren Teilnehmer\*innen. Der Support reagiert aber sehr schnell auf Meldungen unsererseits. Zudem vermissen wir die Funktion Umfragen endgültig zu löschen, denn man kann sie bisher nur ausblenden. Die Einfachheit der Bedienung war uns während des Entwicklungsprozesses sehr wichtig, weshalb es mich umso mehr freut, zu hören, dass sie geschätzt wird. Tweedback ist ursprünglich als Forschungsprojekt in der Hochschullehre gestartet. Die Problematik bezüglich unerwünschter Kommentare auf der Chatwall ist uns daher im Rahmen dieser didaktischen Forschung frühzeitig aufgefallen. Um solche Beiträge zu vermeiden, haben wir den "moderierten Modus" eingeführt. Bei Aktivierung gibt dieser dem Session-Moderator volle Kontrolle über die Beiträge auf der Chatwall. Jeder eingereichte Kommentar muss zunächst persönlich freigeben werden, bevor dieser von den anderen Nutzern gesehen wird. Anonym, bei voller Kontrolle. Bei Fragen kontaktiere uns gerne. Alle notwendigen Funktionen, v.a. Live-Votings, Chats und Umfragen sind top! Ganz genial wäre es, wenn es möglich wäre individuelle Farbanpassungen einzustellen. Pros Live-Votings für Wissensabfragen, Chat-Räume für ungeklärte Anliegen sowie Umfrageoptionen waren die meistgenutzten Funktionen, die die Dozenten für Ihre Lehre an unserer Hochschule verwendeten. Zudem blieben die besprochenen Inhalte (Fragen der Studierenden und Antworten der Dozenten) über den Dauer des aktuellen Semesters immer erhalten und abrufbereit. Cons Es ist ein Tool, das außerhalb der hochschuleigenen Lehrplattform genutzt wurde. Ein zusätzliches Tool war manchen Lehrenden umständlich oder unpraktisch. Bei den Umfragen war die Editierfunktion nachträglich (auch ohne dass diese freigeschaltet wurde) nicht möglich, so dass bei Änderungen neue Umfrage erstellt werden musste. Das war allerdings nun etwas her. Es kann sein, dass diese Möglichkeit bereits integriert wurde. Panikbuttons wurden kaum benutzt.
