Elle est une application très innovante qui offre une plateforme pratique pour recueillir des commentaires en temps réel à partir des réseaux sociaux

Cons

Elle est parfois un peu difficile à prendre en main, surtout si on n'est pas habitué à utiliser des outils de gestion des réseaux sociaux. De plus elle est un peu coûteuse pour les utilisateurs individuels

Pros

Mir gefällt die einfache Handhabung der Software. Die Umfragen zu erstellen ist sehr einfach & man kann bereits erstellte Umfragen importieren. Sowohl die Eingabe-Maske & Ergebnisse sind visuell übersichtlich und klar gestaltet. Für uns ist auch von Vorteil, dass automatisch QR-Codes zu jeder Umfrage generiert werden.

Cons

Wir haben in den vergangenen Jahren öfter die Erfahrung gemacht, dass der Zugang zur Webseite nicht immer gegeben ist. Es gibt öfter Störungen, die Einfluss haben auf die Arbeitsprozesse beim Erstellen der Umfragen sowie in der Umfragesituation mit unseren Teilnehmer\*innen. Der Support reagiert aber sehr schnell auf Meldungen unsererseits. Zudem vermissen wir die Funktion Umfragen endgültig zu löschen, denn man kann sie bisher nur ausblenden. Außerdem würden wir uns zusätzliche Exportoptionen für die Umfragedaten wünschen.

Tweedback löst das Problem der Kommunikation des Dozenten mit einem großen Publikum. Die Kommunikation kommt rasch in Gang und das Eis wird gebrochen. Ich kann auch rasch Feedback bekommen und Umfragen machen. Das ist sehr hilfreich.

Pros

Das ideale Werkzeug für meine Vorlesung. Optimale Integration in den Arbeitsablauf. Wird von meinen Studenten exzellent angenommen. Die Einbindung über mobile Geräte funktioniert ebenso sehr gut. Daher nutze ich das System begleitend als Audience Response System

Cons

Eigentlich hat mir alles gefallen. Ich sehe keine Probleme bei Tweedback.

Pros

Unser Unternehmen hat vor allem die Chatwall genutzt, um sie neben einem Live-Stream auf der Homepage zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Zuschauer\*innen konnten leicht und intuitiv Kommentare und Fragen abgeben. Alles hat bestens funktioniert.

Cons

Schön wäre es, das Erscheinungsbild selbst etwas anpassen zu können. Die Antwort-Funktion auf manche Fragen wurden nach meinem Empfinden nicht wirklich wahrgenommen, wenn viel kommentiert wurde - vielleicht kann man eine Art Mitteilung erhalten, dass auf den eigenen Beitrag reagiert wurde? Und sehr hilfreich wäre es, wenn man einzelnen Beiträge ausblenden oder löschen könnte, ohne die gesamte Chatwall auf "moderiert" zu stellen.

Eignet sich super für meinen Einsatz in der Lehre.

Pros

Es geht super einfach und schnell Umfrage anzulegen oder offene Fragen zu stellen und so anonymes Feedback aus dem Auditorium zu erhalten. Stimmungsbilder können schnell erfasst und vorhandenes Wissen systematisiert werden.

Cons

Gelegentlich verliert man, wen zu viele Quiz erstellt wurden, etwas den Überblick, hier könnte noch an der Darstellung/Anordnung gearbeitet werden.

Tweedback bietet sich für alle an, die ihre Lehrveranstatltung durch die Implementierung von Umfragen und Feedback interessanter für die Studierenden gestalten wollen. Die einfache Anwendung und die bereitgestellten Funktionen bieten eine optimale Ergänzung der Lehre (digital und in Präsenz).

Cons

Die anonyme Chatwall bietet Möglichkeiten für Hassrede und Diskriminierung, die nicht zurückverfolgt werden kann. Ich habe mich dazu entschieden, diese nicht zu nutzen.

Lieber Johannes, es freut mich zu hören, dass Tweedback die Lehrveranstaltungen an Deiner Hochschule interessanter macht und bereichert. Die Einfachheit der Bedienung war uns während des Entwicklungsprozesses sehr wichtig, weshalb es mich umso mehr freut, zu hören, dass sie geschätzt wird. Tweedback ist ursprünglich als Forschungsprojekt in der Hochschullehre gestartet. Die Problematik bezüglich unerwünschter Kommentare auf der Chatwall ist uns daher im Rahmen dieser didaktischen Forschung frühzeitig aufgefallen. Um solche Beiträge zu vermeiden, haben wir den "moderierten Modus" eingeführt. Bei Aktivierung gibt dieser dem Session-Moderator volle Kontrolle über die Beiträge auf der Chatwall. Jeder eingereichte Kommentar muss zunächst persönlich freigeben werden, bevor dieser von den anderen Nutzern gesehen wird. Anonym, bei voller Kontrolle. Bei Fragen kontaktiere uns gerne. Sehr einfach, leicht zu verstehen und (fast) intuitiv nutzbar. Alle notwendigen Funktionen, v.a. Live-Votings, Chats und Umfragen sind top! Ganz genial wäre es, wenn es möglich wäre individuelle Farbanpassungen einzustellen.

Pros

Live-Votings für Wissensabfragen, Chat-Räume für ungeklärte Anliegen sowie Umfrageoptionen waren die meistgenutzten Funktionen, die die Dozenten für Ihre Lehre an unserer Hochschule verwendeten. Zudem blieben die besprochenen Inhalte (Fragen der Studierenden und Antworten der Dozenten) über den Dauer des aktuellen Semesters immer erhalten und abrufbereit.

Cons

Es ist ein Tool, das außerhalb der hochschuleigenen Lehrplattform genutzt wurde. Ein zusätzliches Tool war manchen Lehrenden umständlich oder unpraktisch. Bei den Umfragen war die Editierfunktion nachträglich (auch ohne dass diese freigeschaltet wurde) nicht möglich, so dass bei Änderungen neue Umfrage erstellt werden musste. Das war allerdings nun etwas her. Es kann sein, dass diese Möglichkeit bereits integriert wurde. Panikbuttons wurden kaum benutzt.
